Spam
Sending unsolicited commercial or non-commercial email (a.k.a. "spam" or "junk mail") is prohibited. The use of our servers or the use of a website or an email address hosted by us in an unsolicited email is prohibited.

Email
Cross-posting messages to a large number of usenet groups, posting obscene or threatening messages while using or referring to an email address provided by us or a web site URL is prohibited. The use of our services as a "mail drop" for responses to activities described above is prohibited.

Security
Attempts to manipulate our servers or any of our clients' web sites are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any of our servers, email bombing, or other attempt to deliberately overload our systems.

System Abuse
This includes, but is not limited to, excessive use of server CPU resources or disk space, installing IRC bots, unauthorised CGI scripts, or any other scripts or programs that use a disproportionate amount of system resources.

Content Management
We are not responsible for users' content management or misplaced, lost or damaged files. Individual site construction, management and backups is the responsibility of the user.

Disclaimer
Although we will endeavour to maintain 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted. You may not hold us liable for any claims resulting from the use of, or the inability to use our services, including, but not limited to, service interruptions, Internet connectivity problems, unauthorised access to our servers, domain name registrar problems, DNS caching, Internet bandwidth congestion, power failures, and natural disasters.

Adult Content and file sharing or pirated software
We reserve the right to terminate hosting agreements without notice should the user be found to be hosting content of an explicit adult nature, warez or any other illegal content. All sites hosting content of an adult nature must be vetted by us before going live.

Policy Violation
If an account is used unlawfully or is in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to terminate the account without notice. Files that violate the user policy are subject to deletion without notice. Clients violating the Acceptable Use Policy will be held responsible for any damages to us, including but not limited to, our systems, servers, connectivity, reputation, business or operations.
